Webinars, Podcasts and other public videos and/or audios: The intention behind these public videos or audios (webinars and podcasts), which we record, is to share these videos or audios for the benefit of the public, including the questions and answers that may occur in these public videos or audios. 

If you have a special need or desire for privacy we ask you to take responsibility for that yourself (by leaving your video turned off for example, or by only sending in written questions, or using any other method to ensure your privacy.) RootCauseInstitute and any employee or owner of the site or business, has no responsibility or liability in protecting your privacy in these public calls. RootCauseInstitute, Paul Leendertse and any associate thereof cannot be held liable or responsible for revealing your name or identity , or comments, or any form of appearance you make in these public, recorded, videos (intentionally or accidentally) in the context of the Webinars or Podcasts. 

By joining any of our Public Vidoes or Audios, which are recorded, this means that you agree to the recordings of the video or audio calls, and you agree to the sharing of these recorded videos or audios - including all information contained in them, such as text, videos, images, audios therein - with the Public on social media platforms such as Youtube, Instagram, Facebook and the like, also including sharing these recordings to our email list, or in any other way to the Public.

The privacy Policy covers our communication to you, to ensure that we have your permission to share the recordings of the following private courses we offer, which you may choose to participate in: 

Cancer Prevention & Reversal Coach: Each class of Cancer Prevention Coach and Cancer Reversal Coach is recorded and made available to all Participants of the Class only, and not to the public. Only students of each class have access to the recordings of their class, along with the team of www.rootcauseinstitute.com. Students of other classes only have access to their particular class and recordings thereof. 

Spiritual Laws Course: Spiritual Laws is recorded and made available to all Participants of the course thereafter who may decide to complete this course only, and not to the public. Only students of this course have access to the recordings of this course, along with the team of www.rootcauseinstitute.com. Students of other classes only have access to their particular class and recordings thereof. If you appear in a Spiritual Laws course, you give permission to share the recordings to other students in the same course, or future spiritual laws courses. 

Monthly Q&A & Study Group Calls: By joining any of the Group Coaching Calls you give permission for the recording of the calls to be shared with all current and future studentsof Cancer Prevention Coach. This is required because the intention behind these calls is to build an inventory of questions and answers all coaches can benefit from. If you have a special need or desire for privacy we ask you to take responsibility for that (by leaving your video turned of, only sending in written questions etc.) 

The Privacy Policy does not cover any information collected offline by us, nor does it cover the conduct of any Third-Party Sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any Third-Party Sites or services before providing any of them with your personal information.
 



PERSONAL INFORMATION
